“黑夜中照亮前路的闪烁明星” | 记天津市第二期职业教育教师TIP英语培训

今年暑期，由国交中心组织的第二期职业教育教师英语封闭培训圆满开展，与以往不同的是，许多来自非英语专业的优秀教师参与到培训中来。

由天津医学高等专科学校30余位骨干教师组成的医学护理班，以其认真的学习态度和极大的学习热情赢得了外教老师们的一致好评。整个班级学习氛围浓厚热烈，学员教师们不仅学到了许多医疗方面的专业英语词汇和知识，也在教学法方面收获了许多灵感。

下面就请大家跟随着学员写下的点滴感想，来一起回顾那些美好瞬间吧！

At first, i would like to say thanks to the organizer TIEE and all facilitators for giving me this wonderful gift, which is like a star shining our road in the darkness. I found it hard to convey my true feelings for this 14 days training in words. Maybe in general，I can use some words to describe what I have gained from this program.

教师真正的使命

The greatest responsibility as a teacher is not to teach how much knowledge but to build their confidence and to give them courage.I believe that most of us are not English teachers. As for me, English is rarely used after graduation, and you might have the same situation. That is also why we need to participate in this program. During this training, no matter the English-only environment, the MOMO time, or the fairytale stories, or the speeches by famous person and so on, all these interesting courses gave us huge passion to overcome difficulties and fears for English learning. So let’s applaud for ourselves for all the efforts and persistence.

教师的真正使命不是教授多少知识，而是建立人们学习的信心和勇气。和大多数此次培训的学员一样，我并不是英语教师，所以自大学毕业起，能够再次练习英语的机会少之又少。这也是为什么我们需要参与到这样的培训中来。培训过程中，不管是全英文的环境、MOMO环节、童话故事、还是名人演说，所有这些有趣的内容都赋予我们克服困难的强烈激情。所以让我们为自己的努力和坚持尽情地鼓掌吧！

Friendship

给予彼此鼓励和帮助

By collective activity, we find friendship and warmth. Although my classmates and I all work in the same place, we rarely say a word to each other in the usual. But in this 2 weeks training, we learn in teams, we share ideas with each other, we prepare the study tasks together, we encourag each other and help each other. We became more and more familiar with each other. More than this, in the big room class, we have chance to make friends with teacher trainees from other schools. And we have also became good friends with our lovely foreign teachers and our teaching assistants. So let's give a big hug to each other for all the lovely friendship we gained.

这样的集体活动让我们收获了友谊和温暖。虽然在培训中我班里的同学都是我在单位的同事，但平时彼此很少有机会交流。通过2个星期的封闭课程，大家学在一起，奋斗在一起，团结在一起，分享灵感，攻克学习任务，我们给予彼此鼓励和帮助，我们变得更加亲密默契。此外，在大班课的时候我们也有幸结识了来自其他学校其他专业的教育同仁们。当然我们还与可爱的外教和助教们成为了好朋友。所以，让我们为了这些友谊，给彼此一个大大的拥抱吧！

体验截然不同的教学方法

The last one is that we have learnt a lot about teaching methodology which improves our teaching ability. As trainees, we can feel that all of our lessons are well designed by many creative ideas. Therefore, during this training, we do not only study English, but also experience new teaching method, which is very different from the past. As teachers, we will apply these wonderful teaching methods into our own classes.

迎接自己的进步

I feel very lucky to participate this training program. If i wasn’t be here, i would never have chance to know so many nice and interesting foreign friends like Bob and Jun. I have no chance to learn so many new ideas and teaching methods. I have no chance to enjoy the deeper friendship and share the happiness and creative thinking from my classmates. Even if everyone felt stressful, tired and nervous, but we all are always keeping a smiley face to improve ourselves. How time flies! We all enjoy the only-English days, and we will never forget this precious gift.
