day2～～"Dive!  Dive!"  The submarine captain calls out this order to take the crew beneath the surface, to be totally immersed.  So it was today as participants dove into the Total Immersion Program - TIP's proven approach for dramatically improving English proficiency.  Day one of these teachers' 9-day journey to success!

day3～～One of the most important concepts for the teachers in our training is Student Centered Learning.  Each day is filled with fun and interesting activities that the teachers can take into their own classrooms!

day4～～The variety of material and methods and the positive environment makes the time fly by.  Even though the day is very full, the teachers are more excited today about how much their English has improved already!

day5～～Mid session day is all English, but all student led.  The students teach each other and go on a photo scavenger hunt! Everyone had a great time!

day6~~随着课程的深入进行，学员们越来越发现TIP培训给他们带来非常实用的教学方法，并开始深入探讨如何将学过的知识方法与教学实践相结合，甚至吃饭时也在热火朝天地讨论着！

day7~~Even with your eyes closed, you know something good is happening!  The conversational noise level is a dead giveaway that by day seven shyness about speaking English is a distant memory!!

day8~~Lots of speech practice, skits, and games were part of today.  The students were tired but still enjoying their time.  Many are sad that the session will be over tomorrow.
